A dedicated bodybuilder on the path to earning his professional card, Benjamin lives by structure and execution. He believes physical and mental discipline are inseparable, and that sustained excellence—whether in competition or leadership—requires a clear roadmap, daily consistency, and ownership of results. The same rigor that governs his training regimen informs how he approaches long-term goals, decision-making, and organizational leadership.

His professional journey spans service in the U.S. Navy and leadership roles across public and private sector environments, where he developed a reputation for structure, reliability, and calm execution under pressure. Throughout his career, Benjamin has remained committed to building systems and teams that perform with precision while maintaining balance, integrity, and trust.

As Founder and Managing Partner, Benjamin’s focus spans the entire BPS operating model, not isolated service lines or functions. He provides firmwide leadership across client service delivery, quality and governance, risk management, and execution discipline, ensuring that all service lines and shared services operate as a single, integrated program.

This includes oversight of CPA firm governance and quality control, federal financial management and audit readiness, enterprise risk and internal controls, grants compliance and oversight, and the responsible integration of technology and AI under professional and regulatory standards. Rather than operating these areas independently, Benjamin’s role is to align them—ensuring consistency, accountability, and performance across the full lifecycle of client engagements.
